New Cubes for 2011, no switches!

The Cubes for 2011  will be 4 ohm or 8ohm.  This improvement should
increase reliability and eliminate the main failure point of the Cube...the
little switch on top that was formerly used to select the impedance....  Yeaaah!

Sync a Novell 4.11 file system to a AD EMC CIFS environment

Recently, it was time to finally turn off our Novell 4.11 ipx file servers.   Yes I know, you might be wondering if this is a typo.
So..how to pull together 12 old Novell servers, into the new CIFS environment, all while running a 24x7 hospital environment.
